    Combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter, and lemon juice in a small bowl; season with basil, black pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well; set aside. Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan.

    Broil for 4 to 6 minutes, flipping fillets halfway. Remove fillets from oven; coat top side with Parmesan mixture. Continue broiling until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 2 minutes more.
